Community Health Network – Personal Health Record

This video is designed to promote a web application from Community Health Network in Indianapolis, the Personal Health Record. For this project we collaborated with Community staff, as well as writer/director Matt Mays & editor Tim Wilsbach. The video was shot on green screen in studio with the Sony Z1u & finished on Final Cut Pro.
